Terms of Service — Mixxing Companions

1. AI Personas

All companions on Mixxing Companions are AI-generated personas. They are not real people. They do not have real identities, real names corresponding to actual humans, or real-life locations. All chat conversations, images, voice messages, and videos are synthetically generated by artificial intelligence. By using this platform you acknowledge and accept this.

2. 18+ Only — Age Attestation

This platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or older. By accessing the platform you attest that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to require additional age-verification at any time.

3. Prohibited Content — Zero Tolerance

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination, room locks, and where required by law, reports to relevant authorities:

Any content involving minors, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or simulated minors
Real-person impersonation (celebrities, public figures, identifiable individuals)
Non-consensual scenarios or sexual violence
Requests for in-person meetings, escort services, or any physical/real-world sex services
Drug trafficking, weapons trafficking, or other illegal activity
Hate speech, harassment, or targeted abuse

4. No Real-Life Services

Mixxing Companions provides digital content only (chat, AI-generated images, AI-generated voice). We do not provide, facilitate, or endorse any real-life or in-person services, including escort or prostitution services. AI personas will not arrange in-person meetings, share real addresses, or provide real contact information.

5. Payment & Custody

Payments on Mixxing Companions are non-custodial. Payments are processed via Qpay split-transactions which route funds directly to the appropriate destination wallet. Mixxing Companions does not hold customer funds at any point. Subscription state is tracked off-chain by wallet address.

6. Subscription

Subscriptions are paid monthly and unlock premium features (image-requests, voice messages, premium gallery). Subscriptions do not auto-renew — users must re-pay before the subscription expiry timestamp. No refunds for unused time. To cancel, simply do not re-pay.

7. Tips

Tips are voluntary, one-time payments to companions. Tips are non-refundable. Tip funds go to the relevant fee-wallet (for AI companions: Mixxing fee-wallet; for human creators in future: 93% to creator wallet, 7% Mixxing fee).

8. Privacy

Chat sessions are stored locally in your browser (sessionStorage) and on our servers (server-side history) for service continuity. Chat content is processed through third-party LLM providers (OpenRouter) to generate AI responses. We do not sell user data. Tor and crypto-only access patterns are supported and encouraged.

9. AI Content Disclosure

All AI-generated content on this platform is labeled as such per applicable jurisdictions' regulations (EU AI Act, US synthetic-content disclosure rules, etc.). Images carry EXIF or C2PA metadata identifying them as AI-generated. We do not represent AI content as real.

10. Reporting

If you encounter content that violates these terms, please report it via the in-platform Report button or contact us. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. CSAM is reported immediately to relevant authorities (NCMEC for US-jurisdiction matters, INHOPE network internationally).

11. Jurisdiction

Mixxing Companions operates under crypto-friendly jurisdictional terms. Users access the platform at their own discretion in compliance with their local laws. Tor-access is available to users in restrictive jurisdictions.

12. Disclaimer of Real-Life Relationships

AI companions are not real people and do not have real feelings. Conversations are simulated. Do not develop dependency or treat AI responses as substitutes for real human connection or professional mental health support.
